Their content pulls in automatically and refreshes daily — YouTube channels get a full crawl (videos + Shorts, all-time top 50 by views); Instagram gets their top posts. Sort by Most successful or Newest, filter by competitor, or search. Tick posts to dissect a specific set, otherwise the Brain takes each competitor's biggest winners and cross-examines them against yours.

1. Pick your offer template in the strip below. Fulfillment then speaks your offer's language: what one person is called, the numbers that say they are on track, the journey stages, and the risk signals the Radar watches.
2. Only your tools show. Offer-specific tools mount with the template. A fitness offer gets the Meal Plan Switcher; the personal details intake is optional for any offer. Turn either on or off inside "Change / edit template".
3. The roster is the day-to-day. Add people, log calls, and the audits, approvals, retention radar and referrals all run off what the team already logs. Nothing here is typed twice.
Not sure where to start? Open the template editor and hit "Describe my offer, the brain writes the template". One sentence about what you sell and it drafts the whole thing, editable after.

Your base pay, your rates, and every deal attributed to you. Commissions post the moment the founder approves.
Set each member's role, base pay, and commission %. Rate changes apply to future deals only. To invite someone new, tell the Brain — invites are server-side.
Closed deals wait here. Approving computes each attributed person's commission from the rate grid (type × program) and posts to their earnings. Nothing pays out without you.
Every AI feature in HQ reasons from this — call reviews, training breakdowns, the objection library, the daily briefs. Describe the business once and the Brain stops giving generic advice.
Live data sources feeding the dashboard. Statuses update automatically.
The only connector whose key is not stored here. Trainerize reaches client health records, progress photos and DMs, so its credentials live in Supabase’s encrypted Edge Function secrets where the browser cannot read them — as TRAINERIZE_GROUP_ID and TRAINERIZE_TOKEN. HQ reads only; it never writes anything back into Trainerize, and message bodies are never stored.
Everything the team submits through the Help button. The Brain reviews these every session and queues fixes — resolve or clear them here.
Tick what each role can see. New modules auto-register here. Revenue & Admin are founder-only — not grantable.
Create a new role any time — it instantly appears in the invite form, the Access Matrix above, member role dropdowns, and the Team Activity filters.
Every action a team member takes in the portal logs here automatically — deals, setter KPIs, content notes, training, audit reviews, task approvals, roster edits, meal-switcher use. Automations don't clutter the feed; only people. Filter by role or member.
Everyone records differently — Calendly Notetaker calls import in one click below, and Fathom / Google Meet / Zoom calls come in by pasting the share link and transcript. Direct app connections can be added per person as the team grows.

Screenshot the conversation top to bottom and upload the images in order. Ask for feedback on a live convo, or mark it as a finished example so the brain learns what booking and closing actually look like in your DMs.
Whatever is written here is exactly what the brain coaches against on every review. The distill button rewrites it from your examples; your own edits stay until the next distill, so fold your rules in rather than keeping them elsewhere.

Automatic reading of Instagram DMs (no screenshots, just search a name) is on the roadmap; it needs Meta's message-reading approval for the app.
