infoteam.io is a private, invite-only platform that businesses use to run their own operations: sales tracking, team communication, bookings, content performance, client fulfillment, and team training. Each business (a "workspace") is operated by its own owner, sees only its own data, and connects only accounts it owns.
Through connected services (such as Meta, Google Calendar, YouTube, Calendly, or Typeform), a workspace accesses data belonging only to accounts that the workspace owner has connected: their own social posts, comments on those posts, engagement metrics, calendar events, form responses, and advertising statistics from their own ad accounts. We do not access data from accounts a workspace does not own or manage.
When a workspace owner connects the business's own Instagram professional account with messaging access, authorized team members of that workspace can view direct message conversations between the business account and its prospects inside the platform, for the sole purpose of reviewing and improving the team's own communication. An AI assistant may summarize and critique these conversations internally for team training; this is an automated analysis and is labeled as such in the product. Messages are never sent automatically: any reply is written and sent by a human team member within Meta's messaging window rules. Conversation data is retained only while the business keeps it saved for training and can be deleted by the business at any time from the platform, or by request at the contact below.
Data is used exclusively to display business analytics and operate features inside each workspace's private portal, visible only to that workspace's authorized team members. We do not sell data, share it across workspaces or with third parties, or use it for advertising targeting.
Workspace data is isolated per business with database-level row security. Access credentials are stored encrypted and are accessible only to the workspace owner. The platform is protected by authentication, two-factor authentication, and role-based permissions.
Workspace owners can delete their data from the platform directly. Any individual (for example, someone whose comment on a connected business's post appeared in aggregated counts) can request deletion by contacting us at support@infoteam.io and we will remove it within 30 days.
